WHAT TYPE OF LEASE AGREEMENT DO YOU OFFER?

All River Annex leases are installment-type leases. Pro-rated move-ins and/or move-outs do not apply to this lease type. 

WHAT ARE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

Installment lease agreements do not have lease terms that are for an entire calendar year. The total contract amount for the lease term is split into equal payments throughout the length of your lease. 

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th day.

WHEN CAN I SIGN MY LEASE AGREEMENT FOR FALL?

DO I NEED MY PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH ME TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT?

To sign a lease agreement we do NOT need your parent or guardian present.

WHAT APPLIANCES ARE PROVIDED IN EACH UNIT?

River Annex Standard Apartments have a refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
